Who Should Attend?

Personnel performing work with a fall hazard of over 3 meters require fall protection as per Workplace Safety & Health Regulations Part 14.  This includes and is not limited to roofers, window cleaners, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

Course Overview: 

This course provides students a basic understanding of fall protection with a focus on fall protection systems. It will cover relevant federal and provincial legislative requirements in regard to fit, selection and maintenance of fall protection equipment.

Objectives: 

Students will understand the use of all protection as it relates to the work they perform at heights. This course will identify which type of fall protection best meets their needs and give the tools and knowledge to work safely.
